Sourdough / Hapanjuuri

Today I made again home made fresh pasta from sourdough. 




Here is the recipe:

100 g semolina
160 g "00" flour
60 g of sourdough starter, no need to be active
2 whole eggs
2 tbl spoons of oil

As I try every know and then make my life easier, I used a mixer to knead the dough, this time. I let the dough rest in the fridge for like 2 hrs. I used Imperia Titania pasta machine for rolling out the dough and cutting. 




It is my first pasta machine and I have to tell that I like it very much,works just fine for my needs. And, I bought it from a flea market! 

 
I cooked pasta for like 2-3 min.
